Prayers to Our Lady of Fatima

Intercessory Hymn to Our Lady of Fatima

Dear Lady of Fatima,
We come on bended knee,
To beg Your intercession,
For peace and unity.

Dear Mary, won't You show us,
The right and shining way,
We pledge our love and offer You,
A Rosary each day.

You promised at Fatima,
Each time that You appeared,
To help us if we pray to You,
To banish war and fear.

Dear Lady, on First Saturdays,
We ask Your guiding hand,
For grace and guidance here on earth,
And protection for our land.

Prayer to Our Lady of Fatima

Most Holy Virgin
who hast deigned to come to Fatima,
to reveal the treasures of graces
hidden in the recitation of the Rosary,
inspire our hearts with a sincere love of this devotion
that meditating on the
Mysteries of our Redemption recalled therein,
we may obtain the conversion of sinners
and the favors we ask you now,
for the greater glory of God,
for your own honor,
and for the good of souls. Amen.

Our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima, pray for us!

Pardon Prayer

My God, I believe, I adore, I hope, and I love You. I implore Your pardon for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not hope, and do not love You. Amen.

A Prayer of Mercy

A Prayer of Mercy - Catholic Devotions, Prayers, and Novenas

Heavenly Father, we approach the throne of grace with a humble heart and implore your divine assistance.

Bless all fruits of our labor so we may provide for the needs of our family.

Bless our children so they may grow with seeds of wisdom.

Bless the sick and the suffering with your healing grace.

Bless our world with peace and instill love of thy neighbor.

Bless all nations to accept the gospels of truth.

Bless all Christians worldwide with divine protection.

Bless our clergy with peace and unify all churches under one God.

Bless your church abundantly so it may reach out and help the impoverished.

Bless all those who have lost their faith with signs and wonders.

Our Lady of Fatima, please intercede for us and open the windows of heaven for the Holy Spirit to encircle our world with God's peace.

Sacred Heart of Jesus, we humbly pray to bless our prayers with divine mercy and miracles.

Father in Heaven, we ask this through your divine son, Jesus.

Amen.

100th Anniversary of Our Lady of Fatima

On May 13, 2017, thousands attended the Blue Army Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Our Lady's apparitions. The shrine is located in Washington, NJ, on the grounds of the World Apostolate of Fatima, USA.

Fr. Andrew Apostoli spoke about the Fatima message and Mass was celebrated by Bishop James F. Checchio from the Diocese of Metuchen.

In 1917, Our Lady of Fatima appeared to 3 shepherd children, Lúcia Santos, Jacinta de Jesus Marto and Francisco Marto in Portugal. Our Lady gave the three children messages known as the Three Secrets of Fatima.

Today on the anniversary of the miraculous apparitions, Pope Francis canonized Jacinta and Francisco in Portugal.

Our Lady of The Holy Rosary of Fátima

Our Lady of The Holy Rosary of Fátima. 2017 by Stephen B Whatley

Centennial Painting on the 100th Anniversary of Our Lady of Fátima's Apparitions by artist Stephen B. Whatley | Flickr.com

News from artist Stephen B. Whatley:

A new tribute painting celebrating Our Lady of Fátima; painted with prayers in the days just before the centennial of the first miraculous apparition of The Blessed Virgin Mary on May 13, 1917, in Fátima, Portugal to three children, Lucia Santos and her cousins Jacinta and Francisco Marto.

On May 13, 2017 Pope Francis will travel to the Sacred Shrine in Fátima and pronounce Jacinta and Francisco - who both passed away as children - Saints.

British expressionist artist Stephen B. Whatley is a devout Catholic and often feels what he calls a 'Divine Push' to paint tributes to Jesus, Our Lady and The Saints on significant landmark years or Feast Days - and to share them.

Dependent on prayer, especially to the Holy Spirit - his 2013 exhibition at London's Westminster Cathedral was called "Paintings From Prayer" - the inspiration for this tribute painting included descriptions of Our Lady as experienced by the children and the statue above the The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fátima - which Lucia Santos - who became Sister Lucia in 1928; and lived until the age of 97 in 2005 - pronounced the likeness to the vision of Our Lady that she and her cousins saw in 1917.

Our Lady's message was one of warning about subsequent world wars and the need for peace, through devotion to the Holy Trinity and praying The Rosary every day.

Blessings of peace, healing, light, love and hope to all who view this painting ~ in faith.
